• The Promotion is valid from 01.08.2025 to 29.10.2025 at all participating retail outlets in KSA.
• The participants must be legal residents or citizens of KSA.
• Promotion is available to all residents of KSA aged 18 years old or older, having a valid national identity or Passport, excluding in-store promoters, all and any subsidiary or affiliate companies of Star Soda (International beverage and filling industries) Company, and any other individuals/groups involved in this promotion.
• International Beverage and Filling Industries reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.
• The Participants shall follow the instructions for the Promotion by filling the online registration form entirely with his/her correct personal details: Full Name, Email Address, Phone number.
• International Beverage and Filling Industries will be collecting necessary personal details for the purpose of this Promotion, and if required, may disclose this information to authorized agencies and/or to regulatory authorities.
• The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Prize is provided “as is” and “as available” without any extra warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchandising, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• Bulk buyers or wholesalers are not allowed to participate in this campaign. Twenty (20) or more units of the same item in the same transaction will be considered as bulk.
• At any stage of the Promotion, if usage of unlawful methods or cheating by a participating Customer is discovered, the same will result in disqualification and ban of further participation of that participant from the Promotion. The use of any automated software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows a customer to automatically enter the competition is prohibited.

• The Organisers’ decisions regarding any and all aspects of the promotional offer are final and binding on every person who enters and/or participates in the campaign after obtaining the approvals from the relevant authorities.
• International Beverage and Filling Industries and all participating retail outlets and its branches (“The Organisers”) reserve the right to cancel this promotional offer or make changes to the terms and conditions from time to time according to their discretion, and without notice to the participants other than obtaining the approvals from the competent authorities. It is the responsibility of the participating shoppers to review the terms for any changes.
• All Bottu Group Company employees or members of their families, contractors or agents are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
• All participating retail outlets and its branches employees, merchandisers, in-store promoters, subsidiaries, or affiliate companies are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
• The Prize is tax-paid, non-negotiable, non-transferable and will not be substituted for cash or assigned to any other person for any reason whatsoever. The Prize shall be accepted entirely at the risk of the winner and International Beverage and Filling Industries excludes all warranties in connection with the Prize to the extent permitted by law.
• Continued participation in the promotional offer following any amendments to the terms and conditions constitutes acceptance of these changes.
• Participants understand that entering the campaign does not create a bonding relationship between the Participants and the Organisers.
• The Organisers, companies and associated entities are respectively the exclusive owners of all copies, text, software, graphics, logos, images, designs, all copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights or property rights and all rights associated with the promotion.
• These terms and conditions, and any disputes or claims arising out of, or in connection with, its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of KSA. This promotion may be cancelled by the Company at any time during the term.
• The Terms, together with any other notices posted by the Organisers on the website and/or advertising material relating to the Promotion, constitute the entire terms governing the relationship between the Participants and the Organisers in relation to participation in the Promotion.
• This promotion is subject to the laws of KSA.
